BT is a leading provider of communications solutions serving customers throughout the world, but its internal communications needed to highlight problems between staff and managers. We recorded staff concerns on audio tape to maintain confidentiality and anonymity. Visually we filmed random shots of BT people working, never identifiably, and stylishly juxtaposed with the audio.
Consequences
Management instigated a number of internal staff reforms and saw a dramatic uplift in retention and morale during a particularly difficult change programme.
